Our envelope of mortgage coupons came in the mail today. Is it a sign that I’m too immature to be responsible for a mortgage if I found the return address on the envelopes, Big Beaver Road, milk-through-the-nose hilarious?

Several years ago, I was collected on by a company whose address was on Chagrin Boulevard. Not that funny, just appropriate.

Is your mortgage return address in Troy, MI? If so, you’d be pleased to know that Big Beaver Road is—I swear to God—EXIT 69, off I-75.
